FAQ's
How much does group lessons cost?
Our Baby & Me, Toddler & Me, and Big Toddler classes typically run for six weeks, with one lesson per week. The cost for the full six-week course is $250. For our regular swim levels, the cost for the full six weeks is $300. Please note that prices are subject to change based on the length of the semester.
What happens if I miss a lesson?

What class should my child take?
Classes are based off of your child's age.
Baby & Me: 6-16 months
Toddler & Me: 17-26 months
Big Tots: 27-36 months
Levels 1-4: 3 years+ (May also be further determined by skillset or experience in water)
If unsure of class placement, you may book an aquatics evaluation for $15 via XCEL Athletic Lifestyle App, or website www.xcelswim.com.
What is the depth of your pool?
The depth of our pool starts from 3ft 6in, and goes to 4ft 6in.
Do you provide swimming caps and goggles?
We sell swimming caps for $10 and goggles for $15. Please visit us at our front desk.

Do you provide towels?
Unless you're a member of XCEL or doing a private lesson, we do not provide towels.
Do you offer parking?
We have a parking garage and validate parking for up to 2 hours for $8.
What's your pool temp?
Our pool is 100% saltwater and heated to 90 degrees.
What size is your pool?
Our pool is 20 meters long.
